I am fully qualified with a Degree in Humanistic Counselling from Greenwich University. I am trained in the humanistic Person-centred, Gestalt and Existential theories of counselling. This means I am able to integrate my experience and way of working to meet your individual needs.
As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to a strict code of ethics which includes on-going supervision and continuing professional development.
I work in both short and long-term counselling with anyone from age 12+.
My initial career was in the field of public relations, working for multinational household brands in London and Los Angeles. Although PR is all about communication, I sought a much more deep-rooted and meaningful method of communication, which led to my interest in counselling.
